Inmate Support Request

Greetings Friends In Recovery!

A member of our fellowship has reached out to the Northbay Intergroup to see how we can help an inmate currently incarcerated in Southern California. The inmate plans to relocate to the Santa Rosa area when he is released in early 2021. In the meantime he seeks correspondence with a potential sponsor in our area so that he can begin working his steps and gain some contact with our local fellowship.

If you are willing to sponsor by mail, have 1 or more year(s) of sobriety and have worked the 12 steps with a sponsor, please respond to this email or send an email to info@northbaysaa.org so that we can give you instructions on how to get in touch with this fellow.

If you are not available to sponsor this person but would like to make yourself available to correspond with inmates in the pursuit of service we encourage you to visit the Prison Writers section of the ISO website by clicking here.

Intergroup Meeting Canceled Tonight!

Greetings Friends in Recovery!

Due to the power outages and evacuations effecting most of Sonoma County, the monthly intergroup meeting will not be held this evening. We expect as well, that the Tuesday Night Windsor meeting will be cancelled (and that the Tuesday Night Petaluma Meeting will continue as normal). We'll continue to update the fellowship as cancelations are confirmed.

Information regarding meetings outside the Northbay including telemeetings can be found at www.saa-recovery.org
