Dear Bay Area SAA Fellowship,
With gratitude, we are pleased to share a Save the Date for our upcoming Out of the Fog Annual Retreat, which will take place March 13–15, 2026, at the beautiful Walker Creek Ranch in Petaluma, California.
This in-person weekend retreat offers space for fellowship and connection in recovery, as well as workshops and speakers. Surrounded by nature, the retreat is an opportunity to reconnect with your program, gather in community, and take time away in a peaceful setting.
As in past years, we remain deeply committed to accessibility. Retreat pricing will include early-bird pricing and a limited number of pay-what-you-can scholarship spaces for members for whom cost would otherwise be a barrier. In keeping with our tradition of being fully self-supporting, scholarship spaces are funded through the voluntary contributions of members of our program.
The Retreat Committee is currently finalizing details. We’d like to share ahead of time that prices are higher this year - last year, as you may remember, we had enough funding to reduce the cost of attending below what our hosts charge us. However, we are unable to do that this year, so prices are significantly higher.
Registration is expected to open soon, and a follow-up email with full information will be shared once everything is in place.
For now, we invite you to mark your calendar and hold this weekend with intention. We look forward to gathering together in recovery and fellowship.
